* Ensure proper execution trade activities in area

Business System Analyst
Job summary :


Responsible for identification, analysis and development of business requirements for systems development projects, defining and reviewing the design of the proposed system solution, and testing, implementation and documentation of the supported systems used in the assigned business unit.

Qualifications :

* A college degree preferably in Computer Science or Mathematics with at least 5 years of experience in business and system analysis
* Strong logical analysis skills preferably with systems design background and skills in programming
* Preferably knowledgeable of SQL programming tools
* Good analytical and conceptual skills, good interviewing skills (for data Possesses good oral & written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented
* Experience on Life Insurance is preferable
* Familiar with Office Automation tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Visio & Lotus

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Handling branch monthly reports related with attendance, overtime, incentive, loan, etc with liaising to Branch Admin or Secretary
* Developing, updating and maintaining HR database
* Ensuring all documents is in good filing
* Updating and maintaining data of applicants in HRIS accordingly
* Ensuring the documents of new employee is complete
* Preparing job agreement/offering letter for new joiners including with job description through Branch Manager
* Compiling job description in soft copy & hard copy and keeping update for each position in timely manner
* Managing the agreement letter of Casual Worker/Outsourcing liaising with the branches/vendor
* Updating and informing the Insurance immediately all the employee data changes including the dependant i.e.: status, eligibility, benefit, etc
* Liaising with Insurance to provide regular report and update Accounting Dept. for the result
* Providing prompt response for query/complain from employee
* Preparing presentation, memorandum and other correspondence which related to HR department
* Ensuring all HR kits such as company regulation handbook, employee’ forms, ID card, birthday card, training module etc are available and updated
* Handling claims, expenses, gift and others from HR Division to Finance Division
* Arranging and preparing for employee’ training, recruitment, induction and other matters related to HR function
* Distributing all HR documents to respective person/branches.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing the annual business plans of the assigned brand
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper and timely implementation of key promotional activities in the store
* Ensure effective utilization of total Advertising and Promotion Budget, achieving optimal results with good Return of Investment (ROI)
* Build strong relationships with the suppliers and customers
